At Cairombia, we don’t just grow coffee, we craft it. Our latest washed lot is rated in the “Excellent” range (80–90) on the Specialty Coffee Association scale. But beyond the score, it's about balance, purity, and complexity.

Honey, Chocolate, Caramel, Hazelnut, Vanilla.
From the first sip, flavors of honey, caramel, vanilla, and sugarcane unfold with natural ease. As the cup opens, rich chocolate notes - dark cocoa, milk chocolate, cacao nibs- emerge, finishing with a soft hazelnut touch. The texture is silky, the body fresh and medium, with a smooth, slightly dry finish that invites another sip.


Our Farm
At 1,500 meters in Marsella, our farm nurtures over 11,000 coffee trees amid rich biodiversity. Surrounded by fruit trees like mango, guava, and citrus, our beans naturally absorb the land’s vibrant character.
